CNC Laser

Laser cutting is essential to many products made at SFI. The laser is used as the first step in manufacturing. Used to cut sheet metal to specific dimensions, and to cut out unique and complex shapes/parts.

After cut outs are complete, the part is ready to be formed. A 200 ton brake press is used to bend and form metals of various thickness to specific angles.

Welding

After parts have been cut, formed and machined, the product is ready to come together as a single unit. We have many styles of welders and welding staff that are sure to exceed your expectations every time.

Powder Coat

Parts are washed and dried before being powder coated. After being powdered they are sent through a high heat oven that ensures proper curing for best adhesion. Customers enjoy a cost-effective solution for parts that require coating. Our facility and paint line allow us to powder coat parts of all sizes and to nearly any colour scheme you desire.
